What is NLP?
Neuro relates to the nervous system and the brain. The Neuro
system connects all the different parts of the body and allows them
to function.
Linguistic In this sense Linguistic refers to the language of the Neuro
system. It relates to how we receive information from the world
through our five senses, then how we process and store that
information.
Programming This relates to the specifics of how individually we are
programmed to react to the information we receive based on our own
experiences and beliefs.

One of the main keys with NLP is that it gives us the tools to be able
to communicate with our sub-conscious mind – that is the part of our
brain that drives our actions. By working with the sub-conscious mind in a language that it understands we are able to effect desired change in our behaviours very quickly and effectively.
