Expo Overview
The Expo provides a large group opportunity to attend the pre-requisite Makeover Challenge briefing session (detailed below) and meet the makeover team members. This afternoon provides a unique fast-track environment for ideas, information and contacts that can dramatically improve business performance.

The Briefing Session
‘The 5 Stages of Business Renovation: Turning your Sound Business into a HOT Property’ provides the how, what and why of a business makeover, explaining the 5 stages and including:

   - why most people race to stages 4 and 5 and why this means trouble
   - the most vital of all keys to maximising any amount of makeover money
   - in which stage you'll maximise intellectual property - past, present and future
   - what a reality TV show can do for you and your team
   - the importance of recognising the cul-de-sac, the dip and the cliff
   - a new way to look at 'the end'.

Whether a business subsequently applies for a makeover, or uses this information for DIY purposes, the briefing session is information-packed and designed to add significant value to any business (or concept) at any age and stage.

There are 2 times for the briefing session: 3pm-4pm and 5.30pm-6.30pm
