Murray Cowan: Murray has a record of success throughout his 20-year HR career, taking a lead role in business turnarounds and business performance improvement. Murray is passionate about helping businesses get the best from their people.

Sue Whiteley:
Sue's passion is in the development of a culture of high performance within organisations. A natural trainer, Sue ensures that people have fun while learning and that lessons learnt are translated into an actual change in performance. Sue also excels in the development of pay and benefits solutions and low/no cost recognition schemes, which are closely aligned to performance improvement.

Dave Robb: Dave is widely experienced in all aspects of disciplinary and performance management process, including dealing with difficult situations in a straight forward and practical way. He has dealt with collective bargaining in unionised environments and delivered results aligned to business needs. He has the ability to manage the process to ‘get the right deal' for employers while ensuring a constructive relationship throughout. In addition Dave has an excellent knowledge of employment legislation and its application and relevance to operating successfully in a business environment.
