Kelly Services is doing it with New Zealand’s first on-line job expo.
The ‘event’, which runs 28 March to 7 April, gives employers a showcase for
vacancies which will reach job seekers New Zealandwide and beyond.
Vacancies are listed according to categories for office/professional, call centre,
industrial, IT, engineering, scientific, or accountancy and finance. Interactive
facilities allow job seekers to initiate the application process online.
The expo is based on one held by Kelly Services in Australia, which won an
Australian Institute of Marketing Excellence Award last year. It attracted more than
22,000 visitors with over 300,000 hits to the website and it is expected to have a
similar high level of interest in NZ.

Joining Kelly Services in Napier in 2005, Denise brings a strong background in recruitment, marketing and hospitality to her position. With previous success in diverse and challenging roles and a commitment to ongoing development, Denise focuses on creating a positive, proactive environment for Kelly staff, customers and candidates alike. With extensive connection to the community and the many industries that exist in the Bay, Denise is committed to the ‘fit’ between current and future candidates and the businesses they will contribute to.
Alaina Glue,
Temporary Recruitment Consultant, Commercial and Industrial
Alaina joined the Hawkes Bay team as our administrator after being a temp herself for a couple of years. Alaina has now moved into a consultant role dealing with both commercial and industrial sectors. Alaina has extensive experience in computing and science, having earned a Master of Science Degree in Biological Sciences form the University of Auckland.
Ashleigh Lumb, Reception/Administration
Ashleigh joined the team after temping in the branch 3 months. After competing a diploma in office administration at the EIT inclusive of HR Management, Business Communication and Employment Relations , Ashleigh was made a permanent staff member at the beginning of 2008. With a background also in hospitality and a keen interest in customer service and recruitment , Ashleigh’s skills complement the varied day to day of reception, payroll to candidate inductions.

John joined the Hawke's Bay team in March 2008 and has over 20 years experience in sales, sales management and marketing from newspapers through to healthcare, including Health and Safety. John's experience in customer relationships and customers needs provides valuable knowledge in assisting both our clients and candidates.
Catherine Benson, Temporary Recruitment Consultant, Industrial
Catherine has joined the Hawke’s Bay team from Kelly Services North Shore, Auckland office. With qualifications from Massey University (a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma in Teaching) Catherine returned to New Zealand after spending time in the UK traveling and working as a teacher.

Vicki has been with Kelly Services since early 2008 where she started as a Permanent Consultant specialising in the Commercial sector . Vicki has recently relocated to Hawkes Bay from the UK where she worked in various positions within Human Resources and Recruitment roles with over 7 years experience in the industry.
