Seven questions you may well ask

When MEP answers, do my clients know they are talking to a response centre? No. We answer the phone the same way you would. We perform as an extension of your business.

How do you pass on my messages? We can notify you by text to cell, email, phone call, fax, pager, RT or any combination of these as soon as we take a message.
Can you send the same message to more than one person? Yes, to as many people as necessary and each person can choose how they prefer to be notified.
Are you able to answer my customer enquiries or do you just take a message? We can answer simple customer enquiries if you provide us with the appropriate information.
How do you receive my calls? You simply divert your
phone to MEP. As soon as you have done this, we answer
your calls.

If you take appointments for me how will I know about them?
We can manage a booking system for you and notify you when an appointment has been made.
